So I am of course excited and trepidatious to return to a world that has meant so much to me! I appreciate that the series is jumping a few years down the road and introducing new characters alongside the original cast, and I’m eager to see what new directions the new trilogy can go! Now to start my reread of SHADES OF MAGIC ahead of this release…. I really loved the trilogy, and Lila Bard was a favorite character. SchwabĪ DARKER SHADE OF MAGIC was one of my re-entry points for sci-fi/fantasy reading when I finally got back into the habit several years ago.
