I’ve read it and can assure you that it’s a fantastic book. While you wait for the sequel, read Beauty and the Baller, the first book in the Strangers in Love series.
Princess and the Player will be released in November 2022, so keep an eye out for it and place a pre-order. I knew I had to read this the moment I saw the cover and read the synopsis. While the ending of the story could be predicted, it was nice to go on the journey of love with Tuck and Franscesca in this book and experience all the ups and downs with them. They stuck by her side and were always there for her, which I admired. The friendship between Franscesca, Cece and Brogan was beautiful to read about.

Princess and the Player is a contemporary romance novel that centres on friendships, fate and a lot of coincidences. Things don’t proceed according to Franscesca’s plan because of the undeniable chemistry between them and the pregnancy test results that come out positive. Franscesca has no intention of initiating contact with Tuck or revealing her true identity, especially after she witnessed him kissing his ex-girlfriend. They spend a passionate night together, keeping their identities hidden and their masks on.Ī few weeks later, they meet and Franscesca realises he’s the NFL player who lives in the penthouse of her apartment building.
